still a student and I am the webmaster for this neocities site :D - 2. How long have you been making websites?
- According to Neocities (because I myself don't exactly remember
myself), I've been in this stuff since Oct 5, 2025 - 3. And what got you into the hobby?

- 4. What kind of website are you most interested in?
- Any website that's fun and interesting, with errm useful tips and graphics that can help me
- 5. What's your workflow? Do you plan your websites out thoroughly or do you come up with the design as you go along?
- I do not plan out my website, I have a lot of Ideas. In the beginning I was worse than I am now, and because of that decide the aesthetic along the way

- 7. What's your favourite part about making websites?
- Learning all the awesome and interesting things I can actually do with html and css, just when I'm thinking to myself "Is there any way to (insert specific thing)?" So I look it up, and yes, ( o - o ) there is.
- 8. And the thing you struggle with the most?
- coding, heh, or deciding on an aesthetic for my webpages
- 9. Do you keep the same layout on all of your pages? Or do you use different ones?
- Nah I like to mix it up and try an assortment of differen't styles, I have noticed some reoccuring things I do for most of my pages though :P
- 10. How confident are you with CSS?
- Nah fam, maybe confident in the simple stuff, and things I do usually
- 11. Do you know how to correctly use <dl>?
- No, but it can't be that hard right?... Anyways, this is my first time actually interacting with dl, and I'm sure theres a whole assortment of interesting things you can do with it rather than put words 'n stuff.
- 12. What is your favourite HTML element?
- gulp, uhhh, er um.. ?
- 13. If you're making a new web page from scratch, what is the first thing you do?
- establish my divs, and more recently now, make it so it's display:flex;
- 14. Do you know JavaScript?

- Never even met her
- 16. Does your website have a theme that you stick to?
- No, or maybe the theme is suprise
- 17. Are you more focused on content or design?
- Can't tell myself ngl, I think design

- I don't, right now I have no ambitions to because, I don't have a need for one
- 19. What do you think of nostalgia-focused or "retro" websites?

- 20. Is your HTML valid? Do you even check?

- 21. What are your opinion on buttons and banners?
- I love to see them, not really interested myself, maybe because I haven't reached that point yet. I do have buttons, but they're pretty out of site and one day I'd like to make custom stamps because I think those look cuter.
- 22. What do you think of button walls in particular?
- I find joy looking through them and seeing if I can snatch a few, and maybe add them to my own site, other than that it's just fun to look through and see if I can relate
- 23. If you started over again, would you make something similar or completely different?
- Lol, as someone who did start over, I've made something completely different and I'm pretty sure as of now I haven't had a layout similar to thar. In the future, I don't know if I can make something completly different because I love having my webpages be different styles
- 24. Are you envious of other people's websites?
- Not at all :P I think it's more important to focus on my own progress and instead of looking enviously look at those better than me with pride and inspiration:D
- 25. What text editor do you use?
- I used to just use TextEdit, the notepad on MacBooks
- 26. Why do you use that one?
- I didn't wanna download a whole new app, so I just used what was already provided
- 27. Do you host your image files on your web server, or on another host?
- I host most of my images on the neocities provided err (._. thing
- 28. This might not be relevant to you, but what's your opinion on the Neocities vs. Nekoweb debate?
- I didn't even know there was one, as a newgen I wouldn't be suprised that a debate like that would have existed, only because people like to make problems. I think it's dumb, like what are we even righting for? Which is better? I don't have an opinion :/ I've never used nekoweb, maybe in the future I will and give an opinion along the lines of "They both have their similar pros and cons so just use whatever you like"
- 29. How much server space would you estimate your main website takes up?
- According to neocities (Mar 5, 2026) 6.9MB or 0.7% B)
- 30. Do you keep local backups of your files?
- No...
- 31. Do you prefer simple or highly visual websites?
- both have their own charms, maybe leaning on high visuals
- 32. Do you stick to certain colours? Do you do that on purpose, or is it your subconscious?
- I go towards blue or pink, (._. perhaps because that's the colours I think are universally appealing
- 33. Have you ever thought about quitting? Why?
- Way back wehn, v.1 of my website, complete newbie, didn't know what I was doing, youtube tutorials didn't help, I stopped for multiple months
- 34. Do you have many webmaster friends, or is it a solitary hobby?
- sigh :,| naaah I have no friends on here, would I like any? I think it's hard to reach out, especially with the FUCKING EPSTIEN THING I can understand why people might not wanna interact with a minor
- 35. Do people in your real life know about your website?
- Yes, I've told some friends and my siblings :)
- 36. Do you update your website very often? How often is "very often"?
- Currently I do update very often, which is almost every day.
- 37. And the overall design, do you change that much? Why or why not?
- After I establish a good design and layout that works and is visually appealing, I rather focus on other pages than constantly rearrange how it looks.
- 38. Is your website more you-focused, hobby-focused, or outside world-focused?
- Me focused, I do have a media page that I plan to develop because I REALLY wanna talk about the type of media I consume, because I don't have someone in my life that's really interested in stuff I have to say :P

- Yes, I have gotten more errrr um emailer now that I have a website because I wanna join Webrings

- I do
- 43. How about instant messengers? Do you use a mainstream one like Discord or Telegram? Or something like Matrix? Do you avoid them?
- I have discord, I don't use it as much anymore and the only reason I still have it is to communicate with my D&D members

- Sometimes, recently fixated on music/covers by vtubers. Thats pretty generalized, like any song that I enjoy that's been sung or covered by a vtuber

- Yeah

- um, I have different pages with their own stuff

- Yeah

- I currently don't have an opinion on that because I'm still relatively new to the whole thing

- Personally, < span > o-o I keep forgetting it exists T-T I don't have an opinion on what other people should do more

- Uhh no (._. as someone coding on a macbook I have no Idea what other browsers might look on my site

- I'd like to get started on that, however I should focus on what I already made before beginning something that should take most of my effort

- An Ideal website is when I look at a website and it makes me feel joy
